Are Hot Plus cookware products induction compatible?
Most of our cookware, including tawas, frypans, kadhai, and saucepans, are compatible with both induction and gas stoves. Each product page clearly lists compatibility. Look for the "Induction & Gas" label to be sure.
Is the non-stick coating safe and PFOA-free?
Yes, absolutely. All Hot Plus non-stick cookware uses PFOA-free (Perfluorooctanoic acid-free) coating. Our coatings are food-safe, health-conscious, and meet international safety standards. You can cook with confidence knowing your family is safe.
How long does the non-stick coating last?
With proper care, our non-stick coating can last 3–5 years. To extend its life: use wooden or silicone utensils, avoid metal scrubbers, wash gently with soft sponges, and avoid extreme temperature changes.
Can I put Hot Plus cookware in the dishwasher?
While our cookware is technically dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to preserve the non-stick coating longer. Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge for best results.
What is the warranty on Hot Plus cookware?
Hot Plus cookware comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from misuse, overheating, or abrasive cleaning.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges may apply based on the order value.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (in select locations). All online transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
What is your refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your delivery on the courier website. You can also contact our customer support for order status updates.
How should I season or prepare new cookware?
Before first use, wash your new cookware with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Then heat on low flame for 2 minutes, apply a thin layer of cooking oil with a paper towel, and let it cool. This helps prime the non-stick surface for optimal performance.
Which utensils should I use with non-stick cookware?
Always use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils with non-stick cookware. Metal utensils (ladles, spatulas, tongs) can scratch and damage the non-stick coating, reducing its lifespan and effectiveness.
